Read what some of our Pain Relief Clinic patients have kindly said about the results of their treatment by us…
“Incredible, but the serious accident I suffered was in the last century, but with an efficient A&E followed by excellent rehab & support my recovery astounded the orthopaedic consultant. The secret is, of course, continuous care and attention to my physical being by Stephanie Witts, who is probably the most impressively qualified osteopath we are likely to meet, her sports injuries and osteopathic degrees alone are amazing”
Ronald Vimpany, Sussex
“I first went to Stephanie when my neck froze because of poor posture whilst working at my computer. I felt immediate relief after one session. On tour, I often take long haul flights and sit on long bus and train journeys with uncomfortable hotel beds at the end. Holding heavy music during a concert doesn’t help either, so I decided to go for a treatment once a month to straighten me out and prevent neck problems building up.”
Heather Cairncross
“I was experiencing worsening pain in my lower back and muscle spasms in my lower torso. This was causing problems in driving and enjoyment of my football and running. Following several appointments with Steph I am now back to moving much more freely with greatly reduced pain. I will continue to keep appointments to maintain the improvement. I strongly recommend anybody having to endure back pain to visit Steph for her professional advice and treatment”
George Wotton, Sussex
Osteopathy for Babies & Mums
Birth can be a stressful experience for both mum and baby, with considerable forces exerted on the baby particularly when the position of the head or shoulders slows or prevents the process. We are now offering a 40 minute baby check for all newborn babies (up to 12 weeks old) for just £45.
Sports Injury Treatment and Rehab
Ankle sprain, groin pull, hamstring strain? Do you have a sports injury which is preventing you from playing your favourite sport? With a background in running, triathlon and horse riding, Stephanie understands the importance of returning to the sport you enjoy as soon as possible.
Pilates and Stretching
Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength (which is very important in protecting the spine) and when performed correctly it can offer a permanent way to reduce or remove pain completely. And correct stretching is an important part of looking after your body whatever your age.
Are you in pain? Are you suffering silently? Osteopathy can provide treatment and relief for a variety of conditions including back & neck pain, backache, joint problems, frozen shoulder, sciatica, arthritis and many other painful conditions.
